Kellie MacMullan

Kellie MacMullan anchors the Emmy-award winning News2 at Nine weeknights. Kellie is a Colorado native who is thrilled to be working in Denver. She grew up in Arvada and earned degrees in Journalism/Mass Communication and Business Administration from the University of Colorado at Boulder. Prior to joining News2, Kellie worked at KJCT in Grand Junction, where she was awarded best newscast from the Colorado Broadcasters Association for her work as the co-anchor of Western Colorado's only live morning newscast. She most recently worked as the morning co-anchor at KRDO in Colorado Springs where she also reported on the midday news program.
In her broadcast career, Kellie has won numerous awards, including two prestigious Gracie Allen awards presented by American Women in Radio and Television, two individual regional Edward R. Murrow awards, as well as honors from the Colorado Associated Press and the Colorado Broadcasters Association.
Kellie is committed to helping find a cure for breast cancer. For the past two years, she served as honorary co-chair of the Colorado Springs chapter of the Susan G. Koman for the Cure organization and she continues to be active in efforts to raise awareness about breast cancer.
Kellie enjoys writing, hiking, skiing, and learning how to play golf. She especially enjoys the outdoors with her basset hound, Annabelle.
